That victim was taken to a hospital and officers worked to gather suspect information.
Officers enroute to the scenes found a man matching the suspect description walking west on York Blvd. allegedly with a knife in his hand.
Officers conducted a high-risk takedown and took the suspect into custody without further issue.
The accused, whose name was not released, is charged with two counts of aggravated assault, three counts of failure to comply with probation and one count of failure to comply with a release order.
