The Dallas Cowboys pulled off the comeback win over the Houston Texans in Week 4, thanks in large part to the offense being able to move the ball on a tough Texans defense.
Dak Prescott was great, and Javonte Williams had a big day as well. But CeeDee Lamb's performance was easily the most impressive of the bunch. He joined some very rare company in NFL history this week.
As ESPN's Ben Solak highlighted, Lamb became just the ninth player ever to have at least 17 catches in a game before.
CeeDee Lamb joins eight others with wild 17-catch NFL history
"There were only 11 players Sunday with 17 or more rushes. That's the incredible volume at which Lamb was just used," Solak writes. "It's only the ninth game in NFL history in which a player at 17-plus catches."
Against a tough Texans defense, Lamb put together an all-time incredible performance. He caught 17 of 21 targets for 189 yards and one touchdown. He recorded 11 first downs as well, further making this Week 4 game one of the best in Cowboys history.
Throughout NFL history, only nine times has a player made at least 17 catches before Brandon Marshall holds the NFL record with 21 receptions for the Denver Broncos in 2009.

Terrell Owens had 20 receptions in 2000; Keenan Allen, Jason Witten, Brandon Marshall, and Tom Fears all had 18 receptions in an NFL game before.
The only two others to have 17 receptions in a single game were Antonio Brown for the Pittsburgh Steelers and Clark Gaines for the New York Jets.

It's an absurd feat from Lamb, and one that deserves a lot of attention and praise. Lamb's joined some incredible company with an all-time performance.
