NFL QB rankings: Cardinals' Jacoby Brissett makes huge jump
· Yahoo Sports
Arizona Cardinals quarterback Jacoby Brissett is gaining momentum when compared to other starting quarterbacks in the NFL. In the latest QB rankings from NFL.com, he took a large leap after Week 3.

He moved up 11 spots from No. 27 to No. 16. He now leads Tier 4 and sits right in the middle of the starters.
However, it comes after a curious game. He had 280 yards and two touchdown passes, which looks good at the surface. However, he needed 52 passing attempts to get those numbers, averaging a paltry 5.4 yards per attempt. That comes after a terrible 3.4 yards per attempt in Week 2.
He has four touchdown passes and one interception through three games and is 1-2 on the season as the Cardinals' starter. He is 2-13 in 15 starts since joining the Cardinals.
His 5.6 yards per pass attempt is the lowest average among all quarterbacks who have started every game this season.
Does that really make him the 16th-best quarterback in the league?
