Cowboys injury report: Defense takes more hits in loss to Ravens

RIO DE JANEIRO — The Cowboys entered Sunday's game against the Ravens missing four defensive players.

They left Brazil with four more players dealing with health problems.

The least severe of the health issues in Sunday's loss to the Ravens was safety Markquese Bell, who departed the game with dehydration in the second half but returned. Alijah Clark replaced Bell at times. 

Another safety, starter Jalen Thompson, suffered a hamstring injury in the second quarter and didn't return. Thompson slowly walked off the field after his injury.

Cornerback Shavon Revel hurt his knee while making a tackle in the second half. He was replaced by Ameer Speed and Caelen Carson.

Also, defensive tackle Jonathan Bullard left the game with a calf injury.

The Cowboys were missing safety Malik Hooker (forearm), P.J. Locke (foot), who is on injured reserve/return, Cobie Durant (hamstring) and middle linebacker DeMarvion Overshown (hamstring).

There's a possibility three of those four will return for the Houston game in Week 4.
