Elves Brener threw a right hand that reasonably would have shut the lights out on anyone.
His victim Saturday on the prelims at UFC Fight Night 289 at the Meta APEX in Las Vegas, Josiah Harrell (11-2 MMA, 0-2 UFC), will wind up on the all-time highlight reel for Brener (17-6 MMA, 4-3 UFC).

A wicked right took Harrell off his feet, but not backward. He stumbled back, then forward and set himself up for Brener to get a few more shots in for the end with 46 seconds left in the opening round.
Brener hadn't won in nearly three years and was on a three-fight skid. But before that, he had back-to-back bonuses for finishes – and the way he took Harrell out will have him in the hunt for $100K.
