Why It Matters: Coming off a huge debut for the G-Men, Likely couldn't get in sync with Jameis Winston on Monday night, corralling only half of his 10 targets for a mere 6.6 yards per catch. While it was a disappointing output, the fact that Likely had four more targets than anyone else should be seen as encouraging no matter who is the team's quarterback in the weeks ahead.
