Colorado high school football rankings for Week 4 of 2026 CHSAA season

Colorado high school football is still plenty volatile in CHSAA's official rankings entering Week 4 of the 2026 season.

Numerous top 10 teams lost last week, and there are new No. 1 teams in six of the seven classifications.

Several Northern Colorado teams are firmly in their respective classification's top 10, including a leap closer to No. 1 for Timnath in Class 3A after the Cubs' thrilling rivalry win over 2A defending champ Wellington.

A reminder: These rankings are determined exclusively by MaxPreps' formula, with no formal RPI used as in years' past. That could make the rankings more fluid than ever and mean big movement from week to week.
