Fight of the Night ($100,000 to each fighter): Gregory Rodrigues vs. Anthony Hernandez

In the main event, Gregory Rodrigues defeated Anthony Hernandez via unanimous decision for the biggest win of his UFC career to date. Rodrigues beat up Hernandez to the body and legs for the first two rounds before Hernandez mounted a comeback in the third. But Rodrigues got his second wind in the final two rounds and did a ton of damage to take the final two rounds on the judges’ scorecards. The judges scored the bout 48-47, 49-46, and 48-47 for Rodrigues. Both men won $100,000 for Fight of the Night in this absolute war of a main event.

Performance of the Night ($100,000 to the fighter): MarQuel Mederos

In a lightweight bout, MarQuel Mederos brutally knocked out Mason Jones in the second round. Jones won the first round, but Mederos stormed back in the second for an absolutely crazy knockout win.

Performance of the Night ($100,000 to the fighter): Carli Judice

At women’s flyweight, Carli Judice knocked out Jeisla Chaves with a kick to the body in the first round. It was quick and easy work for Judice, who has won four straight fights and is closing in on title contention at 125 lbs.

Finish Bonus ($25,000 to each fighter): Reinier de Ridder, Anthony Wint, Jamall Emmers, Shamil Gaziev, Chris Padilla, Marcio Barbosa, Jackson McVey, Shanelle Dyer

At light heavyweight, Reinier de Ridder beat the tar out of Roman Dolidze en route to a first-round TKO win. De Ridder got the takedown early on and just rained down punches on Dolidze until referee Frank Trigg finally stopped the fight.

Kicking off the main card, former NFL player Anthony Wint submitted Terrance Chatman with a first-round arm-triangle choke. Wint scored an easy takedown right away and got the fight to the mat, where he choked Chatman out cold.

At featherweight, Jamall Emmers pulled off a massive upset with a first-round knockout win over Lerryan Douglas. Emmers was a +300 underdog and connected with a massive chin shot to put Douglas out cold.

At heavyweight, Shamil Gaziev brutally knocked out Kennedy Nzechukwu with a huge right hand in the first round. All it took was one big shot to end it all as Gaziev picked up a much-needed victory.

In a lightweight bout, Chris Padilla submitted Nasrat Haqparast at the final buzzer in what was otherwise a close fight. Padilla knocked Haqparast down late in the third round and then grabbed an arm-triangle choke, finishing his foe with one second left in the final round.

At featherweight, Marcio Barbosa knocked out Ryan Kuse in the first round with a big left hook that dropped him. Kuse wanted no more, and referee Jason Herzog stepped in to stop the fight.

At middleweight, Jackson McVey finished Wes Schultz with a first-round TKO via knee to the body. Schultz had McVey’s neck early on in the fight, but McVey worked his way to the feet and landed a brutal knee to Schultz’s gut that finished him off.

In the opening bout on the preliminary card, Shanelle Dyer finished Elise Reed via TKO in the third round. Dyer had a terrific performance, outlanding Reed throughout the contest until the referee stepped in to stop the fight in the third round due to unanswered blows. Keep your eye on Dyer going forward as a top prospect in the women’s strawweight division.
