Brazil came to Philadelphia and demonstrated its renowned soccer skill on June 19 with a 3-0 win over Haiti in the World Cup.

The two-time champions are one of the leading contenders to again claim the title, and demonstrated their worthiness in a 3-1 first-game win against Senegal in difficult Group I.
When is next World Cup match in Philadelphia?
The next World Cup match in Philadelphia is Monday, June 22, between France and Iraq at 5 p.m.
It's the third of Philadelphia's five group stage matches followed by a knockout match in the Round of 16 on July 4.
Les Bleus entered the World Cup ranked second internationally behind Argentina, who beat them in the 2022 final. France features a cavalcade of stars, led by Kylian Mbappe, who had two goals and became France's all-time leading scorer against Senegal, and 2025 Balloon d’Or winner Ousmane Dembele, the engine who often fuels France's relentless attack.
Iraq, the final qualifier for this tournament, was overmatched in a 4-1 loss to Norway in its group opener and will be hard-pressed to avoid a similar fate against France.
