Broeker, 26, spent time with the Steelers in 2025, joining the team on May 21. However, he was released by the Steelers on Aug. 7 and has been bouncing around the league ever since.

After his time in Pittsburgh, Broeker was claimed off waivers by the Dallas Cowboys, who released him less than three weeks later.

Broeker then spent time with the Buffalo Bills, Kansas City Chiefs and Tennessee Titans.

The 6-foot-4 3/8, 305-pound lineman out of Ole Miss was seventh-round pick of the Buffalo Bills in the 2023 NFL Draft.

He did not make the Bills’ initial roster coming out of training camp in 2023 and was claimed off waivers by the Houston Texans on Aug. 30, 2023.

With Houston, Broeker played in 12 games over two seasons but appeared in just nine snaps of offense, all of which came at right guard.

Over four seasons at the University of Mississippi, Broeker primarily played left tackle but moved to left guard as a senior in 2022. He was the winner of the 2022 Kent Hull Trophy, given to the top offensive lineman in Mississippi. He was also a second-team All-America selection and first-team All-SEC player.

In pre-draft testing, Broeker tested poorly on the bench press with 23 reps but showed good acceleration, with a 1.76-second 10-yard split on his 6.53-second 40-yard dash. His overall Relative Athletic Score was an 8.21 out of 10.

A Springfield, Illinois native, Broeker was a four-star prospect coming out of Sacred Heart-Griffin High School.
