I would guess it will be Armstrong for an inning, maybe plus a batter or two, then Joey Cantillo. It’s possible Tanner Bibee and Slade Cecconi will get some middle inning opportunities there. I wonder, too, if Armstrong gets the open today to possibly give him as much time as possible to recover for a possible closing opportunity in game 5, if Cade Smith is unable to go.

No official word from MLB, yet, but I think we are left to assume they will try to play at 8PM tonight. Looks like there will be a weather window.

The Brewers swept the Dodgers to win their first NL Pennant since 1982. If the Guardians were to make the World Series, I would greatly prefer to play the aging Dodgers. I also know many folks were hoping the Dodgers would make the World Series for the purpose of arguing for a cap-floor. Me? I am just happy the Dodgers will not three-peat and that we will either have a brand new champion OR my Guardians will end the longest title drought in sports.
