Marcus Mariota unavailable for Week 5

Washington Commanders QB Marcus Mariota (knee) has been ruled out for Week 5's game versus the New York Giants.

Why It Matters: Mariota sustained a sprained medial collateral ligament in his right knee during Week 4's game against the Indianapolis Colts while filling in for QB Jayden Daniels, who will return from an elbow injury to start against the Giants. Daniels should be viewed as a somewhat risky fantasy option this week because he will not be competing at 100 percent, although his ability to throw and run should not be hindered.
