North Kingstown 2, Lincoln 1

Brayden Jennison and Bjarne Maas each scored for the Skippers, while Charlie Williams and Jace Albuquerque contributed assists to edge the Lions in this Division I clash.

Lincoln's lone goal came from Charlie Eltz.

Goalkeeper Connor Bourque stopped six shots for North Kingstown, while Sean Carroll made five saves for Lincoln in a strong effort between the posts.

Cranston West 2, East Greenwich 0

Nathan Martin opened the scoring for the Falcons with an unassisted goal in the first half, and Luke Johnson added an insurance goal in the second half off an assist from Gabriel Fajardo.

Goalkeeper Jack Payne made five saves to record the shutout for Cranston West, while Brady Parks kept the Avengers in the match with seven saves.

⚽BOYS SOCCER - Division III

EWG 3, Woonsocket 0

The Scarlet Knights remained unbeaten, improving to 10-0-1 with their latest victory on Monday over Woonsocket.

Derik Payette, Desmond Butler and Jackson Bower each found the back of the net for the Scarlet Knights, accounting for all three goals. Goalkeeper Aidan Rumgay turned aside nine shots to preserve the shutout as EWG continued its strong season.

🏑FIELD HOCKEY - Division II

Lincoln School 1, Lincoln 0

Lincoln School won the battle of Lincolns.

The Linx captured a 1-0 victory over the Lions on Senior Day. Arianna Casey scored the game’s only goal to lift the defending Division II champions to their third win of the season. Lucy Camara made four clutch saves in the cage for the shutout. Emmalyn Araujo matched that save total in the loss for Lincoln.

Lincoln School heads to Curtis Corner to meet South Kingstown on Wednesday. Lincoln is back in action on Friday vs. Classical.

South Kingstown 1, Cranston 0

South Kingstown ran its winning streak to four behind Darlene Le’s heroics.

The senior, off an assist from Mia Shiels, scored at the 11:11 mark to lead the Rebels to a 1-0 victory over Cranston. Harper Rodman made two saves for the shutout and Clara Morais had six stops in the loss.

South Kingstown (8-4) is behind just Cumberland in the RPI standings with four games remaining in the regular season. Cranston (7-4-2) can make up some ground with a win at Cumberland on Wednesday.

Cumberland 2, Classical 0

The Clippers earned a shutout victory over the Purple on Monday night behind a pair of goals from Tessa Nicastro. Nicastro scored once in the first quarter and added another in the second to give the Clippers all the offense they would need.

Cumberland goalkeeper No. 40 made two saves to preserve the shutout. For Classical, Elizabeth Akinola stopped two shots while allowing both goals, and Eleanor McGrane added a save in relief.

🏐GIRLS VOLLEYBALL - Division II

Pawtucket 3, Burrillville 1

Elizabeth Akyereko led the way for Pawtucket with 15 kills and two blocks, while Jasleen Freitas added seven kills, two aces and eight digs. Luna Oliveira chipped in with three kills, three aces and two digs in the win (25-14, 25-16, 19-25, 25-14).

For Burrillville, Amiyah Perry anchored the defense with 47 digs and an ace. Sophie Medsky contributed three kills and three aces in a strong all-around effort.

Toll Gate 3, Ponaganset 1

Toll Gate topped Ponaganset on Monday, winning by scores of 25-10, 17-25, 25-13 and 25-23.

Samantha Meunier led the Titans with 10 kills and a block, while Mackenzie Long dished out 25 assists to go along with three aces and three digs. Paige Reilly added five kills and two blocks for Toll Gate.

For the Chieftains, Daisy Geoffroy recorded seven kills, nine digs and three aces. Anna Lafontaine contributed 13 assists, two kills, one block and seven digs, while Lyla Briggs finished with five kills, two aces and three blocks.

Lincoln 3, EWG 1

Lincoln rallied after dropping the first set to earn a four-set volleyball victory, 23-25, 25-22, 26-24, 25-17. Priya Blomstedt led the way for Lincoln with six kills, seven aces and one block, helping her team take control after a tightly contested opening set and close out the match in strong fashion.

🏐GIRLS VOLLEYBALL - Division III

Tiverton 3, Narragansett 0

The Tigers swept the host Mariners in Division III volleyball action Monday, winning 25-23, 25-17 and 25-7. Liv Perreira paced the Tigers with 14 kills, six digs and three aces, while Carlie Martin contributed eight aces, seven digs and five kills. Sayler Ouellette added 14 assists, four aces, six digs and two kills in the victory.

For Narragansett, Ella Boyd recorded six kills, seven digs, three blocks and an ace. Mar Guimera Fonrodona finished with four aces, 10 assists, four digs and a kill for the Mariners.

Woonsocket 3, Mount Pleasant 0

The Novans swept the Kilties by scores of 25-14, 25-20 and 25-12 n Monday.

Maja Pisarek paced Woonsocket with 10 assists and five aces, while Avaree Caron recorded a match-high 12 kills.

For Mount Pleasant, Leslianny Contreras contributed two aces and three kills in the loss. 

Hope 3, Blackstone Valley 0

Taking advantage of the solid play of Autumn Perreault (seven kills and five blocks) and Alexis Bernardo (seven aces and 12 assists), Hope went on to sweep BVP,  25-17, 25-22, 25-10. 

For the Pride in the loss, Yanielis Pacheco had 2 kills and 4 aces and Julliana Correia had 4 aces

Rogers 3, St. Patrick 0

Rogers survived the second set and then breezed to a sweep against St. Patrick.

Riley Ahern led the Vikings to their second win of the year – a 25-16, 25-23, 25-10 victory – with a dozen aces. The senior also added a kill and handed out 10 assists.

Mari Field supplied four kills, and Emma Brown had two aces and 10 digs in the triumph.

Providence Country Day 3, St. Raphael 2

Providence Country Day started slow but finished strong.

The Knights captured a 20-25, 25-17, 24-26, 25-14, 15-9 victory over St. Raphael to hand the Saints their first loss of the year. PCD (10-2) is fourth in the RPI standings in D-III and heating up at the right time.

Maggie Tuthill was excellent at the net with 14 kills and two blocks. She also added two aces in PCD’s big win. Madison Preston was just as dangerous on swings with 11 kills, one ace and nine digs. Lily Darden steered the offense with 38 assists and three aces.

Nicole Baker finished with eight kills, three aces and 31 digs in the loss.
