Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase was injured in the second quarter of his team's Week 4 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Chase caught a dump-off pass from Joe Burrow and tried to evade a Jaguars defender when the star receiver was twisted to the ground by his face mask.
Chase remained down after the tackle. He received medical attention on the field before heading to the blue medical tent for evaluation.
The Bengals did not immediately provide an update on Chase's status for the remainder of Sunday's game.
