PEKIN, Ill. (WMBD/WYZZ) -- Ask Braylon Kormah to describe this senior season of football and he'll give you an honest answer.

"It's a lot of fun. I'm not missing out on much," said Kormah. "Unless I take myself out."
He's not taking himself out of the game often. He rarely leaves the field.
Kormah is a versatile, three-way player. The Pekin senior is a defensive back making plays in the secondary, a wide receiver catching touchdown passes and a special teams standout as the Dragons kicker and punter Dragons.
"I'm very busy playing both sides of the ball, kicking and everything," said Kormah. "It's very tiring but I'm used to it. I used to play soccer, so I'm used to the endurance. I've been doing it all summer. I'm used to it."
Pekin can't get him off the field now but until eighth grade, Kormah was never on the football field. The soccer and basketball player didn't start playing football until good friend and teammate Dylan Anderson talked him into going out for the sport five years ago.
"Dylan asked me to try football and my dad was fine with it," said Kormah. "I tried it out and I've stuck with it ever since."
Kormah has helped Pekin to a 5-1 record ahead of Friday night's game at Canton.
"I saw a good athlete in eighth grade and I begged him to come out," Anderson recounted. "Got him to come out (for football) and it's been all go ever since. Now look at him, he's definitely the MVP of our season."
