Sophie Cunningham meets NASCAR drivers, Michael Jordan, Jeff Gordon at Cup race

It looks like Sophie Cunningham of has become a racing fan.

The Indiana Fever player used the back end of her World Cup break to take in a NASCAR race in a St. Louis suburb, making her way through the garages and pit road and kicking a football from a stage. She chatted with NBA all-time great and Cup team owner Michael Jordan, and Indiana-raised racing great Jeff Gordon.

"This is the best day of my entire life. I feel like this is my people," she told a NASCAR social media feed.

The 6-1 wing, who towers over many of the drivers she met, will rejoin the team for practice Monday with the first of the Fever's final four regular-season games Friday and the WNBA playoffs to follow.
