Grealish quickly won over the Hill Dickinson faithful, which came as no surprise. It's extremely difficult not to warm to Jack.
And when he delivers the kind of performances he produced during the early stages of his Everton loan stint, that only enhances his appeal. At the new venue, Grealish provided a desperately needed touch of magic, as per The Mirror.

During his brief, initial stay, he represented the organization superbly, which he'll undoubtedly do again in his second stint at Hill Dickinson Stadium. However, by allocating significant resources to a second loan arrangement, Everton are still rolling the dice.
Grealish is a player who must demonstrate the brilliance remains intact, plain and simple. His campaign concluded last season in mid-January due to a stress fracture in his foot, but his 22-match period under David Moyes was generally considered to have been successful.
Yet that assessment was only accurate up to a certain extent. Following four assists in his opening three matches, Grealish then endured 14 Premier League games without registering another. In all, he found the net twice across 22 outings.
Numbers aren't the whole picture, but in Grealish's case, they carry weight. They don't capture the entire narrative, not by any stretch. However, they don't paint a completely false picture, either.
Grealish has featured in 20 Premier League matches in each of the past three campaigns, and across those 60 appearances, he's contributed six goals and eight assists. In what proved to be his second-to-last match last term, he received two late yellow cards for petulance during a home tie against Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Moyes expressed frustration with him following that dismissal but clearly values what Grealish contributes both on the field and in the locker room. However, when he became the first British player to command a £100 million ($139 million) fee - back in August 2021 - few would have envisioned that the final two years of his six-year contract would involve loan spells elsewhere.
It represents a decline in fortunes, regardless of how it's portrayed. Yet Grealish only celebrates his 31st birthday next week and has ample opportunity to reestablish himself among the game's truly elite performers.
Everton have produced a fairly promising opening to the campaign, and despite the failure to land striker Folarin Balogun on deadline day, Grealish possesses the flair and exuberance to be central to a successful season for Moyes' side.
Moreover, he shouldn't lack for motivation. He understands he can rapidly become as beloved at Everton as he once was at Aston Villa.
Additionally, he has the prospect of an international comeback to pursue. That remains unlikely at present, but Thomas Tuchel is an admirer of his unpredictable talent and simply needs Grealish to demonstrate it consistently, week after week, across an extended stretch of time.
