He is the same individual who previously caught fire for the administrative blunders within the association.
Tseka’s first major administrative blunder almost cost Bafana Bafana a spot at the 2026 FIFA World Cup where Teboho Mokoena featured against Lesotho when he was not supposed to due to suspension.
He was then reportedly responsible for Bafana Bafana’s delay to travel to North America for the global showpiece as some members did not acquire their visas on time.
Now, according to SAFA, Tseka was given R700 000 for daily sundries at the FIFA World Cup which he has failed to account for.
Tseka, who was meant to have left his role on 31 July, then asked the association to give until Monday, 31 August to locate some of the receipts.
This startling revelations were made SAFA chief financial officer (CFO) Gronnie Hluyo to the parliament’s portfolio committee for sports, arts and culture.

SAFA HOLDS BAFANA BAFANA TEAM MANAGER VINCENT TSEKA TO ACCOUNT
“Mr Tseka has been disputing the amounts that have not been reconciled. As a team manager we give them money to use when they are with the team, and according to our records, some of those funds have not been reconciled,” said Hluyo as per TimesLIVE.
“He has been disputing that, but he is working even though his contract terminated on July 31. He asked to be allowed a few weeks to look at his records and try to locate whatever invoices he might have misplaced. The reconciliation is being finalised between SAFA and Tseka.”
TSEKA’S POSITION ALREADY ADVERTISED
Meanwhile, the association has confirmed that Tseka’s role as Bafana Bafana team manager has since been advertised.
