Serie A side Roma have been open to the sale of Matias Soule this summer but no one has made formal offers yet. Now, talk around Milan is slowly growing.

Daniele Longo has now reported that Soule has fallen down the list of Gian Piero Gasperini’s favourites, especially after Santiago Castro’s arrival. The Giallorossi need to now raise funds to make more signings, making the attacker’s exit very important.
The player has not opened up to a move to Saudi Arabia as he wants to stay in Europe. His agent has obeyed, offering him desperately to Milan. Ruben Amorim wants a player of his profile but Roma’s demand of €30 million plus bonuses has held the deal back, so far.
Milan continue to evaluate the possibility but it remains to be seen if they will make a formal offer and meet that valuation.
Leao exit key
The two clubs have an excellent relationship but Milan may not have the money until Rafael Leao leaves. His stay is holding their incomings’ market back and once he leaves, this deal can really take off.
