MEXICO CITY -- Orbia Advance Corporation, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: ORBIA*) (“the Company” or “Orbia”) today announced that yesterday, the Amsterdam District Court dismissed two major lawsuits against Orbia and its Vestolit GmbH affiliate (“Vestolit”) in the Dutch Ethylene Damages Litigation.
