Anthony Eyanson continues to impress in Double-A with the Portland Sea Dogs, affiliate of the Boston Red Sox. The former LSU baseball pitcher lowered his ERA again in his most recent start.

Since getting the call-up from High-A in May, Eyanson pitched 24.2 innings and picked up 28 strikeouts through six starts. He doesn't have enough innings to qualify for the leaderboard among all Eastern League pitchers, but his numbers rank among the best.

In his first season of professional baseball, Eyanson boasts a 1.00 ERA and 0.84 WHIP through 11 starts. He pitched 45 innings and racked up 62 strikeouts between High-A and Double-A.

Eyanson is the No. 67 overall prospect in the MLB and ranks No. 2 among prospects in the Red Sox organization. After winning a national championship at LSU, Eyanson was selected in the third round at No. 87 overall in the 2025 MLB Draft.
