Reports have indicated that the Toronto Blue Jays are interested in Freddy Peralta, at least in the sense that they're going to make a call.

The Blue Jays, on paper, are still a very good team, and with the expectation that they're going to be healthier come October, there's certainly reason to believe they can make another deep run in the postseason.
The question now for the Blue Jays is whether they'll even have a chance to land some of their top targets, with Peralta being at the center of that. According to the latest from The Athletic, there's a feeling now that Peralta is definitely going to be moved.
“It’s possible that there’s more name value here than actual quality on the field. The artist formerly known as Fastball Freddie is showing a four-year low in fastball velocity and his overall stuff is down as measured by Stuff+, swinging-strike rate, and strikeout rate. Right now his peripherals suggest more of an average major-league starter than a guy that a contender needs to have in a playoff game. He’s gone on some pretty legendary streaks in the past when something clicks with a secondary, though,” Tim Britton of The Athletic wrote.
Peralta hasn't been as dominant as he typically is over the past few months, but I don't want to blame him too much because of how bad the Mets have been as a whole.
It can't be easy showing up to work every day for the most disappointing team in Major League Baseball. If he were to go to a team like the Blue Jays, I suspect that he'd figure things out just fine. He's a free agent at the end of the season, but if the Blue Jays think they have a chance to win, which they do, there's no reason to not at least give it a shot.
