Re-live Ohio State guard John Mobley Jr. deep threes thanks to Big Ten

· Yahoo Sports

The Ohio State basketball team got a much-needed boost for its chances to make some noise this coming season when star guard John Mobley Jr. made the decision to withdraw his name from the NBA draft process and return for his junior season.

Mobley not only adds experience, ball-handling, and leadership to a team that will count on him for all of those things, but perhaps his biggest threat is his ability to hit shots from deep, well beyond the three-point line. Thanks to the Big Ten Basketball X account, you can re-live some of Mobley's most memorable deep-range shots and get excited about witnessing more this winter.

Mobley shot 41.1% from beyond the arc last season, and a lot of them were with his toes well beyond the line. Take a look at some of the logo moments from Mobley during the 2025-26 season.

Mobley projects to start at the shooting guard spot this winter, and we can't wait to see what he brings to the gym during games this time around.
