Gunner Ganske named to Class 4A All-State Team; 3 Jacks earn academic honors

Jun. 15—BEMIDJI — To put a bow on another accomplished Bemidji High School baseball season, Gunner Ganske was named to the Class 4A All-State Team.

At the plate, Ganske hit .361 with a 1.043 OPS. He tallied nine doubles, one triple and two home runs. In the field at catcher, Ganske had just one error in 148 total chances.
Ganske was a triple-threat option for the Lumberjacks. On the mound, he threw in 34 1/3 innings. He faced the second-most batters of any BHS pitcher (156) and struck out 44 of them. He finished the season with a 5.30 ERA.
Ganske was joined by Miles Gish and Reece Dokken on the 2026 Class 4A Academic All-State Team. Ganske is playing baseball at the University of Sioux Falls next year. Gish will attend Bethel to play D-III football, while Dokken is going to college at the University of Utah.
