Myles Garrett Aiming to be ‘Among the Very Great’ With Rams After Trade
· Yahoo Sports
Los Angeles Rams edge rusher Myles Garrett made his seismic move official after passing his physical, lifting the blue-and-yellow jersey.
Garrett is coming from the Cleveland Browns, where he was destined to rot in NFL purgatory, potentially never winning a Super Bowl or even playing for one.

However, the Rams made a massive offer to the Browns and secured the legendary pass rusher, who will be a first-ballot Hall of Famer.
Garrett, assuming health, will play in a playoff game this year, potentially even a Super Bowl in his first season with Los Angeles.

“So, nothing changes for me. I don’t feel any pressure to be anything else or be anything different. As long I’m myself and I come in here to work every day and I’m a leader, the success will follow,” Garrett said.
“I see a position to solidify myself here, as well, among the very greats. I still have plenty of great years in front of me and being able to cement that legacy, not only as a football city here in L.A., but as an individual and winning DPOY and a Super Bowl or more.
“Those things are definitely pressing on my mind, and I have a definite bit of urgency to do it and do it right away.”
What does Myles Garrett bring to the Rams?
As a pass rusher, there are few players better than Garrett, who can pin his ears back and get after the quarterback like no other.
He is also elite at running, making him a rare two-way defender. He is a game-wrecker on the level of Aaron Donald, a rare company he finds himself in.

Also, with elite defensive backs behind him, the defensive end is positioned well to elevate the defense into one of the best in football.
The Rams’ offense is already high-powered, making them the clear Super Bowl favorites with the most talent on paper heading into the new season.
