CLEVELAND — The Cavaliers, for the second playoff round in a row, find themselves in a near-must-win situation, facing a 2-0 series deficit against the New York Knicks entering Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals on Saturday, May 23, at Rocket Arena.
The Cavs lost to the Knicks in Games 1 and 2 at Madison Square Garden. The Cavs also fell behind 2-0 in the second around against the Detroit Pistons before returning to Rocket Arena for Game 3, the same scenario they're in now.

In Game 1 against the Knicks, the Cavs blew a 22-point lead in the fourth quarter on their way to a 115-104 overtime loss. The Cavs never had a large lead to squander in Game 2, and the Knicks controlled the entire second half en route to a 109-93 win.
