Georgia put together one of the best regular-season showings SEC baseball has seen recently, but can the Bulldogs finally secure a tournament championship?
Visit esporist.org for more information.
Ranked No. 4 nationally, the Bulldogs enter this week's festivities in Hoover, Alabama, as the No. 1 seed after going 23-7 in conference play and winning nine of their 10 series against SEC opponents. While that makes UGA the favorite this week, but the Bulldogs have never won the SEC tourney and haven't even reached the championship game since 1989.
Georgia's snakebit tournament history aside, this is a difficult bracket for any team to navigate. The league has 10 teams ranked in the D1Baseball Top 25 this week and the single-game format puts everyone on upset alert at any time in a field this deep.
Vanderbilt and Tennessee have alternated tourney titles the last four years but both will play on the first day in 2026, with the Commodores seeded 12th and the Vols 10th. Not to mention LSU, which has won two of the last three national titles, entering the tournament as the 14th seed.
Anything can happen in Hoover. Here's everything you need to know to tune in to every game this week.
