The two-time Daytona 500 winner had many questions for Knueppel, including one about his "Welcome to the NBA" moment. Knueppel cited veteran center Andre Drummond of the Philadelphia 76ers as the player who provided him with the moment, because of his firm screens.

"He hit me with a nice screen in the second game of the season. That’s a tough one; he’s a big dude.”

When asked by Earnhardt Jr. if Drummond said anything about the play, Kneuppel responded, “No, he just drilled me."

After seeing Knueppel's comments, Andre Drummond responded Thursday afternoon on X, saying, "Sorry, rook, at least you only have to see me 4 times out of 82 games! Plenty more waiting for you."
