Luka Garza 2025-26 regular season highlights

· Yahoo Sports

After the departures of Al Horford and Luke Kornet in free agency, the Boston Celtics signed frontcourt depth in the form of Luka Garza. Garza was a collegiate standout at Iowa, being named Big Ten Player of the Year twice in four seasons.

Seeing an extended role in his fifth NBA season with the Celtics, Garza posted career-highs in almost every category. Garza played in a career-high 69 games, making six starts. He also averaged 16.2 minutes per game, 8.1 points per game, 4.1 rebounds, one assist, 0.4 blocks and 0.4 steals. All of these numbers marked a career-best. Although he wasn't the most flashy Celtic, Garza got the job done in support of Neemias Queta off the bench and even knocked down a few 3-pointers, shooting an incredible 43.3% from beyond the arc.
