The Lotto 6/49 $5 million Classic Jackpot on Saturday was won with a ticket sold in Stoney Creek, OLG says.

“The excitement continues to build as we look forward to meeting Ontario’s newest multimillionaire,” said OLG in a statement.

The $1-million Gold Ball Jackpot winning ticket — also drawn on Saturday — was sold in London, Ont., and the second prize-winning ticket worth $222,790.70 was sold in Kitchener.

The Lottario jackpot, worth $440,895.30, was also drawn on Saturday, and won with a ticket sold in the Kawartha Lakes Region.

The Beautiful Game celebrated by OLG

OLG is celebrating “the beautiful game,” given the arrival of World Cup Soccer in Canada (along with the U.S. and Mexico) in June, with the launch of a new scratch ticket.

As of Monday, the $10 soccer‑themed ticket offers players a chance to win one of four top prizes of $250,000.

“Soccer is bringing Ontarians together, and our new scratch ticket is inspired by that shared passion,” Amanda Marshall, OLG’s Chief Lottery Officer, said in a statement.

“Every play with OLG helps support communities across Ontario, with 100 per cent of OLG profits reinvested back into the province. The Beautiful Game scratch ticket is a fun way for players to join in the excitement while giving back.”

Prizes range from $10 to $250,000.

As an official Toronto World Cup 2026 host city supporter, OLG is also making an official attempt at a Guinness World Records’ title for the largest game of human foosball on May 23.
