While the New Orleans Saints' decisions in the 2026 NFL Draft could have somewhat of an impact on wide receiver Chris Olave and his future with the organization, the likeliest outcome here suggests that he'll have an opportunity to be paired with a very interesting receiver in Jordyn Tyson.

That would make a lot of sense from the Saints' perspective, but there's also a price that's going to come with it.

When predicting how much Olave will get, one recent cap expert projected that he'd land a deal worth $132 million over four seasons.

“Early career injuries & shaky QB play in New Orleans have tempered Olave’s resume as he enters a contract year, but there’s no denying the 2025 output (1100+ yards, 9 TDs). The Saints have visions of ascending quickly in 2026 and beyond, and Olave seems to be a big piece of that puzzle going forward. Prediction: Olave secures the 4-year, $132M extension this summer,” Michael Ginnitti of Spotrac wrote.

Olave is definitely worth that type of money and has proven that throughout his career.

Outside of some injury troubles, there isn't really much negative to say about him. He's also coming off his best season yet, catching 100 passes and posting 1,163 yards and nine touchdowns. Those were all career highs in the Saints offense for the young man.
