Zaragoza keeper apologises after punching opponent during match

Real Zaragoza goalkeeper Esteban Andrada has apologised and is ready to face the consequences for punching Huesca captain Jorge Pulido in the face after being sent off.

The Argentinian keeper lost his cool in stoppage time of the regional derby between the two struggling second division teams on Sunday.
He was talking to the referee in connection with a video review. Pulido approached him and was pushed to the ground by Andrada for which he was sent off over a second booking. He then lost his nerve, ran after Pulido and punched him in the face.
The incident led to a brawl and two more red cards, with police also stepping in to separate the camps.
Andrada said post-match "I regret a lot" what happened, admitted he completely lost his temper, apologized to Pulido and was ready to accept any kind of punishment.
He faces a lengthy ban as well as disciplinary measures from his Zaragoza club.
"The club sharply condemns the incident. It overshadowed an important football match for our region in an unacceptable way. That can not be tolerated," a Zaragoza statement said.
Andrada, 35, is an experienced goalkeeper who has four Argentina caps. He joined Zaragoza last summer on loan from Mexican side Monterrey who he also represented at last year's Club World Cup.
