The Raiders will have a long wait from the time that they go on the board for the first time with the No. 1 overall pick until they select again at No. 36 overall in the second round. McNeil-Warren has been forecasted to be a first-round draft pick, but he is not a foregone conclusion to be among the top-32 prospects taken off the board on day 1 of the draft.

According to CBS Sports’ Mike Renner, the Raiders get the chance to select McNeil-Warren at No. 36 overall on day 2 of the draft and they take it. Las Vegas also goes with Clemson wide receiver Antonio Williams at No. 67 overall in the third round.

McNeil-Warren recorded two interceptions in 2025, one of which he returned for a touchdown. The 22-year-old also registered three forced fumbles, 5.5 tackles for loss as well as five passes defensed last season at Toledo. After Ohio State’s Caleb Downs, as well as Oregon’s Dillon Thieneman, McNeil-Warren stands as the next best safety in this year’s draft class.

Williams went for 604 receiving yards last season in his fourth year under Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney. He also scored four receiving touchdowns as well as a rushing touchdown on the year.
