And let me tell ya — the Timberwolves' tic-tac-toe game did not disappoint. We might have just witnessed the worst game of tic-tac-toe imaginable.

During the first half of Sunday's Timberwolves-Hornets game, two brothers were selected to go up against each other in a giant game of tic-tac-toe. Basically, each player had to make a layup and then run to a big board at midcourt to drop either coffee or donuts as game pieces. Seemed simple enough.

But the adrenaline of that moment seemed to shut down both their thinking capacities, and the result was a glorious disaster of a game.

They had multiple chances to win and kept on dropping their pieces on the wrong spot. The in-game host couldn't even hide his shock. Dude just shouted, "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" And it continued to get worse.

Donuts did prevail to win free donuts for the arena. But those two did not make it easy ... at all.
