NFL.com grades Broncos’ 2025 draft class after Year 1
· Yahoo Sports
Just ahead of the 2026 NFL draft, it's a good time to look back at the Denver Broncos' 2025 draft class.
Surprisingly, NFL.com rated the Broncos' draft class as the ninth-worst in the league, giving them an overall grade of a C+. The Broncos' sixth-round draft pick, punter Jeremy Crawshaw, was the only pick to earn PFWA All-Rookie honors.

However, Denver's other picks have turned out to have a huge impact in other areas. Wide receiver Pat Bryant did have some injury problems, but was a play-making threat when healthy. Running back RJ Harvey led the Broncos and all other NFL rookies in total touchdowns (12). For his success during the season, Harvey was named the Senior Bowl's 2025 AFC Rookie of the Year. On the defensive side of the ball, first-round pick Jahdae Barron contributed one interception.
The 2025 NFL draft may turn out to be more for the future of the team. After the Broncos let veteran defensive lineman John Franklin-Myers walk in free agency, Denver may have an in-house replacement in Sai'vion Jones.
Overall, NFL.com's ranking feels a bit low, in part because all of Denver's draft picks made the active roster or practice squad. It also feels low because of all the contributions made by each rookie, minus their seventh-round pick, tight end Caleb Lohner, who still seems to be a work in progress.
At the time of scheduling, the Broncos have seven picks in the upcoming 2026 draft, with their first pick coming at 62nd overall. The NFL draft will be held in Pittsburgh from April 23-25.
