Legendary golfer Tiger Woods was involved in a two-car crash near his home in Jupiter, Fla., on Friday. The accident resulted in his black Land Rover rolling over. After several hours of speculation, the Martin County Sheriff’s Office held a press conference and revealed that Woods was placed under arrest for his role in the crash.

Woods was given three separate charges related to the incident, ranging from the damage he caused to his condition at the time of the crash. Officers determined that Woods was impaired while driving at high speeds before the crash occurred.

What is Tiger Woods charged with?
DUI
Woods was charged with one count of driving under the influence, although he did pass a breathalyzer test. Police still arrested him after he showed “exemplifying signs of impairment,” though the Martin County Sheriff’s Office did not specify what substance he was under the influence of.
Refusal to take a urine analysis test
Woods was also charged with one count of refusal to take a urine analysis test. Woods refused to take the urine test once arriving in jail, at which point he was charged with the misdemeanor.
Property damage
Woods was charged with property damage for his role in the crash on Friday afternoon. According to the Martin County Sheriff's Office, Woods was driving a black land rover at "high speeds" that clipped a pressure cleaner trailer before rolling on the drivers' door on the street.

Is Tiger Woods in jail?
According to the Martin County Sherrif's Office, Woods is currently in jail, although he hasn't been placed in general population. Woods is facing three separate misdemeanor charges for his role in a two-car crash on Friday afternoon.
