The Philadelphia 76ers will look to pull out a second straight win when they play the Hornets in Charlotte on Saturday night.

It will be the third and final game of the season between the two teams, who split the first two meetings. So, whoever wins this game will claim the season series, which could prove important since the teams are neck-and-neck in the standings in the Eastern Conference.

The Sixers sit seventh heading into Saturday night, while the Hornets are one game directly behind them in eighth.

Tyrese Maxey 'questionable' to play vs. Hornets on Saturday night

When it comes to Tyrese Maxey’s status for the important game, we’ll have to wait and see. Maxey is currently listed as “questionable” for the contest on the official injury report. His final status will be determined prior to tipoff.

Maxey has missed 10 straight games for the Sixers due to a tendon injury in his right pinky.

"I feel pretty good," Maxey said of his status on Friday. "Yeah. I just got a new splint. I don't know if it was yesterday or a couple days ago. I've been working conditioning-wise, doing all the things that they need me to do. So, we'll see."

On the season, Maxey has played in 61 games for the Sixers and posted averages of 29.0 points, 6.7 assists, 4.l rebounds and 2.0 steals per performance.
