Leading the way on Friday night for MSU was Porter Martone, who had his first career collegiate hat trick in the game. Ryker Lee had two for the Spartans, while Owen West, Griffin Jurecki and Tommi Mannisto all had goals in this season high affair.

Michigan State will welcome in Ohio State next weekend in what will be the final home series of the season for the Spartans. It is worth noting the Spartans will be hosting a game, if not more, in the Big Ten Tournament.
